Across the country, large, thriving InterVarsity chapters are led by long-term staff who have enough experience to become expert at their work. The financial support of alumni provides between 10% and 20% of a staff’s funding. This makes a huge difference in whether InterVarsity staff in our area are fully funded, and can viably stay long-term.
